Phil has been in the Insurance industry since his graduation from the University of Georgia in 1972. He first began his career with Mutual of New York, where he started as a Life Agent and later was promoted to 
Agency Manager.

In 1984, Phil started in the Property and Casualty business with Cotton States Insurance, where he had a successful career for 24 years. In 2008, he transitioned to the Property and Casualty business as an Independent Agent.

Over the past 39 years, Phil has won numerous awards for both production and agency management. He is married to the former Faye Daniel of Athens and they are members of Prince Avenue Baptist Church.

Jaime began her career in the Insurance industry in 2005 specializing as a personal lines agent. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 and worked as a Purchasing Agent for Denon Digital LLC until she became Marketing Manager at Elite Auto Center. There she became very knowledgeable how the automobile claims process is handled.
Jaime also is a licensed Realtor ® and is a member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She is married to Keith Johnson and is a member of Briarwood Baptist church.

A native to Oconee County, Haley graduated from Oconee County High School in 2008 where she was a member of the 2006 State Champion softball team. After graduation, she attended Reinhardt University on a softball scholarship and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2012.
Haley began her insurance career at AFLAC selling supplemental benefits. She joined the Phil Kinney Agency in 2013, where she is selling home, auto, life, health and 
commercial insurance.

Haley is married to Gray Holcomb and is a member of the River 
Hills Church.
